A 72-year-old female, Jamna Bai Gour, was referred by Dr. N Mukashi for a CT scan of the head. The scan showed a small hypodense area in the right basal ganglionic region consistent with a small infarct, with no fresh bleed seen. Diffuse cerebral atrophy was also observed. The posterior fossa, ventricles, and remaining brain structures appeared normal. Clinical correlation was recommended.
