With reference to above meeting, it is regretfully mentioned here that our planning staff
has not received the cooperation which is expected from your side. lt is reminded you all that it
is one of your utmost responsibility to submit Daily Job Record on daily basis but not later than
8:00 A.M; via DJR Performa or SMS/Whatsapp, whatever convenient to you. That will
be later
submitted to Client (PEDO)/ Consultant (BARQAAB) & CEO (GRC).

As said record will play important role in approval of expected EOT & Cost Claim
at later stages
of this project; therefore, any excuse/delay regarding this matter will not be accepted.

As discussed earlier in above referred meeting, please also maintain and submit pictorial
&
Video record to said staff on monthly basis.
