I. Good Morning family and friends, well-wishers and guests.

We are extremely delighted that

you are all here to celebrate this important milestone in Erwin and Marilou’s lives.
We are your hosts, I am Caren, and I am Jovz, and we would like to welcome you all to
Longasa-Olitin wedding reception.

II. And now ladies and gentlemen, please be on your feet as we welcome the bridal party.

(refer to the invitation)

And now here come the brother and sis-in-law of the groom, looking happy and proud.
Please welcome Mr. Melvin Longasa and Mrs. Imelda Longasa. Let’s give them a round of
applause.

Let’s also give a round of applause to the mother of the Groom, Mrs. Concordia Longasa.

And now, put your hands together for the father and the mother of the bride, Mr. Antonio
Olitin and Mrs. Lourdes Olitin.

Sabi daw, the day your daughter gets married is the happiest day of the century for every
parent. Now we can see where the bride got her good looks from.

III. And now ladies and gentlemen, let us all rise in welcoming these two wonderful people
whose sole vow is to love and cherish each other. For the first time as husband and wife,
Mr. and Mrs. Erwin and Marilou Longasa.

IV. Truly love is in the air as we witness the divine union of Erwin and Marilou. Pero sabi daw
ang mga nagpapakasal just made a BIG sacrifice. Bakit naman sacrifice?

V. Well, sacrifice means giving of oneself, it’s like giving yourself for love. Para daw yan kanta.
Kapag nagliligawan palang, you sing “Buksan ang aming puso, turuan mong mag alab”.
Tapos when you get to married, “Luwalhati sa Diyos”, Tapos when you get to married life,
It’s “Alleluia”. Then five years into the marriage, ang kanta mon a ay “Panginoon Maawa
Ka”. Another five years, you go “Kunin mo, O Diyos”.

VI. Message of the parents

It is said that our parents are our first teachers having raised us patiently from childhood to
adulthood. They have been our source of comfort, support, and inspiraton. Erwin and
Marilou are truly blessed with such wonderful parents.

We would like to call on the Mother of the groom, Mrs. Concordia Longasa to say a few
words of wisdom and best wishes to the newly weds.
And now we would like to call on parents of the bride to say a few words of wisdom to our
newly weds, Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Olitin.

VII. MESSAGE OF THE NINONG AND NINANG

As second parents, we look to our ninong and ninang to help and guide navigate our
married life. May we ask some words of wisdom from Ninong Osias Monforte and Ninang
