OPERATIONS MANUAL FORMAT

I. Vision and Mission


To be a sign of faith as an excellent educational institution, sharing in the Lasallian mission of
teaching minds, touching hearts and transforming lives.
II. Strategic Direction
The HRD Office maintains the centralized La Sallian Partners Clearance System to maintain
accountability and responsible management of resources and leadership.
III. Nature of the Office
- A brief description of the nature/function of the department and the sections/units
within the department
- How the department contributes to the MVG of the institution
- May also include structure of the department
IV. Policies

It is a policy of De La Salle Lipa that the release of the last salaries to each Part-Time partners
at the end of the semester or to each Full-Time partners at the end of the school year is
made only upon completion of the clearance process. Lasallian Partners who shall be
separated from the Institution shall undergo the clearance process prior to the release of
last salary.

V. Procedures
For Part-Time Partners
1. The HRD will prepare the list of Part-Time Partners who are “on hold”.
2. Once the list is already prepared by the HRD it will be forwarded to the ICTC for
uploading and tagging of the concerned departments.
3. The concerned department will then inform their Part-Time Partners who are in an “on
hold” status and will be advised to secure their clearances.
4. The Part-Time Partners will then start securing their clearances by submitting and
accomplishing all their accountabilities.
5. Once the concerned Part-Time Partners already accomplished their clearances, he/she
will be put on “cleared” status and will be forwarded to FRD.

For Full-Time Partners


1. Get the list to Ms. J. Dimayuga
2. Email the final list to Mr. Gil Panganiban and copy furnished to Dr. M.S. Alvarez, Ms. R.
Inciong, and Mr. A. Cootauco
3. Ask Ms. N. De Torres for the cut-off date.
4. Inform all with access for the clearance processing and deadline oftagging.
5. Generate report on the cut-off date.
6. Give the hard copy of report to Ms. N. De Torres

A. Transaction
This manual is intended for Part-Time and Full-Time Partners clearance. This will ensures the
part-Time Partners security and accomplishments of their accountabilities.

C. Evaluation/Quality procedure

Non-compliance of the clearance on the set deadline will cause delay processing of benefits.

D. Forms Used
Those Las Sallian Partners who are going to retire and resign must use the hard copy of
clearance.
