TRAINING PLAN IN TAEKWONDO ELEMENTARY

I. TRAINING OBJECTIVES

1. To be able to develop a stamina strength and flexibility.


2. To infuse TAEKWONDO as a way of life.
3. To train young children through TAEKWONDO.
4. To promote camaraderie.
5. To promote interest in sports.

II. TRAINING DURATION/VENUE

3 months training from September to December

IV. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

1. Materials needed
 Training Attire – White or black shirts, jogging pants for white belts,
Dobok for yellow belts and up.
 Training Equipment – head gear, body armors.
 Training venue or dojang.
V. PARTICIPANTS
All Pupils who are interested to join TAEKWONDO.
