For me, the most of the things that delivered by the trainer were known to me because, the content
was basic and simple.

 Training must be according to the content knowledge of TSAs.


 Innovative pedagogical skills must be shared.
 Refreshment must be provided, because a man with healthy mind can learn things easily.

Being a TSA of English subject maths training stood fruitful for me.

As I learnt a lot of new things,

 Ratio and proportion.
 Percentage (loss and profit)
 Geometry

I learnt valuable things regarding the basics of Physics, chemistry and Biology.

 Fundamental and derived quantities.


 Cell, the basic unit of life.
 Chemical reaction and chemical equations.

Overall Comment on Training:

In general, the training session was very productive, informative, creative, collaborative and
innovative. I caught a lot of new things, and there was some revision as well. Furthermore, the
training venue was packed, and we were unable to move freely. Therefore, we were unable to learn
through various pedagogical activities.
