    Dismentle of Phenolic Partition, wall Mirror, wash basin counter top, Janitorial Wooden door.
    Demolish and Chipping of wall & floor tile and wall chipping of related plumbing work.

    Installation of New Line for Handicape Chair & Urinal
    Installation of Sanitary, Drain & Vent Pipe Line.
    installation of Urinal and all Plumbing accessories Fixture.
    installation of Handicape WC With Grab Bar.
    Installation of Wash Basin Mixer.

    Installation of New Gypsum wall for handicape toilet & Janitorial Room.

    Fixing of Floor and Wall Tile in Handicape toilet.
    Fixing of Floor and Wall Tile in Male toilet.
    Installation of New Phenolic Partition in Male Toilet.(Third Party)
    Installation of New Wooden Doors Janitorial and Handicape Toilet. (Third Party)
    Installation of Wash Basin Mirror and Counter Top Male Toilet & Handicape Toilet. (Third Party)
    Installation of Marble Counter in Male Toilet. (Third Party)
    Installation of Wooden Decoration in Male Toilet. (Third Party)
    Installation of New Glass Partition in front of Handicape Toilet. (Third Party)
    Painting of Wall & Ceiling in Male Toilet and Handicape Toilet.
    HANICAL WORK
    Fabrication of the whole extension duct on the work shop.
    Installation of the duct with diffuser inside the ceiling
    Final comission by fixing the duct ceiling and volume damper positioning with air balance
    TRICAL WORK
    Removing all lights and switches
    Removing the cables from switches to lights and EMT and flexible inside ceiling.
    Installation of Metal Boxes with EMT pipes and EMT Flexible
    Cable pulling for all lights and switches with testing and comissioning.
    installation and termination of lights and switches with tagging of cables and switches.

    : This scheudle is adapted after the procurement of sufficient material in BOM.
