Application of primer Check bitumen primer is applied evenly and as per
manufacturer recommendations.

Bitumen membrane Check membrane is installed and overlaps as per

installation 4mm method statement / manufacturer recommendations
thick Check water flood test is carried out and no leakages
observed
Laying of geo textile
fabric and insulation
Check geo textile separation layers and insulation
boards are installed as per method statement and
board 50mm thick manufacturer recommendations
Laying of concrete Check concrete tiles laid and gravel filled around the
tiles and gravel fill roof rain water drain points completed

Membrane Check membrane termination and installation of

termination and aluminum flashing is installed as per method statement
aluminum flashing and manufacturer recommendations.
