Performance Task – “The Bakery” (by pair)

The bakery is a by pair activity. You are the CEOs and owners of one big bakery in your community. Your main products are cookies, donuts, muffins,
and ensaymada. Your production crew bakes a particular number of your product depending on the demand of the customers and day of the week. To
have a big number of purchases, and at the same time, increase your product’s marketability and make it presentable, you have decided to use different
boxes with different capacity for your products: a) cookies boxes hold 10 mini- bags of cookies with each bag containing 12 cookies, b) donut boxes hold
24 donuts, c) muffin boxes hold 5 mini- bags with each bag containing 6 muffins, and d) ensaymada boxes hold 8 ensaymada breads. As the CEO and
owner of the bakery, it is also your job to make a report to the Board of Trustees (BOT). Assuming that all your products produced were sold, find out
your gross sales on those particular days. The price of your products are as follows: a) Cookies is Php 2.00 each, b) donut is Php 15. 00 each, c) muffin
is Php 5. 00 each, and d) ensaymada is Php 12. 00 each. Your report must be presented using tables or charts which will be presented to the BOT during
your weekly operational report and will be graded with the following standards: accuracy, organization and neatness, clarity of the report and dynamism.
