GUIDELINES FOR ON-STAGE EVENTS:


1)THE REPORTING TIME FOR PARTICIPANTS IS 4:00-4:30PM.PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED
TO REGISTER AT THE VENUE.

2) RECOMMENDED LENGTH FOR EACH ACT IS 3 MINUTES AND MUST BE ADHERED TO.

3)ANY SORT OF VULGARITY IN THE LYRICS OR PERFORMANCE WILL LEAD TO


DISQUALIFICATION.

4)COSTUMES MUST BE APPROPRIATE FOR ALL.

5)IF YOUR ACT REQUIRES ACCOMPANYING MUSIC,THE MUSIC MUST BE SUBMITED TO


THE BELOW MENTIONED BY 18TH SEPT 2019.THE MUSIC MUST BE LABELED WITH YOUR
NAME AND SONG NAME.

6)ACTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PROPS AND COSTUMES.

7) PARISH YOUTH MEMBERS WILL BE PRESENT AT SIGHT FOR ANY ASSISTANCE.

1)THE REPORTING TIME FOR PARTICIPANTS IS 3:30PM.PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO
REGISTER AT THE VENUE.

2)THE OFF-STAGE EVENT WILL COMMENCE AT 4:00PM AND END AT 5:00PM (1 HOUR).

3) THE DECISION OF THE EVENT CO-ORDINATORS WILL BE FINAL.

4)PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUESTED TO CARRY THEIR OWN MATERIALS.NO MATERIAL WILL BE


PROVIDED.

5)ANY MISPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPANTS MATERIAL IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE


ORGANIZERS.

6)PARISH YOUTH MEMBERS WILL BE PRESENT AT SIGHT FOR ANY ASSISTANCE.
