Scratch Game Development Project
SCRATCH GAME PROJECT OVERVIEW

Project The SCRATCH game development project is the final program output of learners
Description: under the course SCRATCH programming. Its main goal is to incorporate all the
programming skills learned from the discussed lessons from module 1 to 10. The
project will be entirely be situated at the computer laboratory on their ICT class time.
The project will start on September 18 and will end October 18, 2019 with a total of a
month duration. The learners will be the one to set their daily task/s depending on the
mile stones set to them. The project will be focusing to fulfill on the following specific
set objectives:
Objectives: 1. To maximize and appropriately use of the scratch functions such as motion,
pen commands, backdrops, costumes, sensing, looks, sound, events, control,
and creating variables in data and other covered topics from module 1 to 10
in game development.
2. To create a quality interactive, meaningful with social relevance game
program output in scratch and at the same time maximizing all concepts
learned in scratch blocks specifically motion, pen commands, backdrops,
costumes, sensing, looks, sound, events, control, and creating variables in
data group command blocks and other covered topics from module 1 to 10
in game development.
3. To realize and apply their skills potentials in game development and its
economic implications and value on their daily lives especially nowadays.
4. To develop learners’ character and leadership skills in handling projects in
real life through engagement in classroom game development set up.
