1 After taking out all the envelopes from the offering bag, make 3 piles of envelopes
consisting of tithes and offering from three churches. (Refer to the check marks indicated)

2 In any case of split givings, separate and make another pile for that as well.

3 Proceed counting first the pile of split givings and fill out the split givings form c/o
secretary. (No need to do physical money split.)

4 Then proceed with the necessary counting procedures for each pile of tithes and o
offerings for each churches.

5 Then input the total split givings amount for each church in the TOS FORM and put it in
the designated givings section.

6 Finalize the TOS Form. (Note: Do not seal the envelopes yet.)

7 Then proceed computing the contribution of each church for the event cost. Cj will
discuss briefly. (Also, refer to the form and corresponding formula used for computation)

8 Finalize the contribution form. Then each accounting representative will be giving the
amount of contribution that is indicated in contribution form.

9 Seal all the offering envelopes. And all forms needed to be sign by the counting committee
of sbcf and all acounting representative from other churches.
