Dear Sir,

We thank you very much for showing interest in our Products & Services. As per the discussions we had
with you, we are pleased to forward our Commercial Quotation as follows: -

Quotation for Epoxy Flooring

1 Epoxy Flooring:
Epoxy Flooring: Supply & application of heavy duty Self levelling Epoxy Flooring
system to an avg 3mm thickness, including Surface Preparation, application of
one coat of Pidilite Epoxy Primer Pidipoxy EP (or any equivalent), followed by
1.1 Sft 133.29
topping the surface with Heavy duty Chemical resistant Epoxy Resin Topping
with Dr.Fixit Pidipoxy ESL2000 (or any equivalent) in desired colour and Gloss.
(GST 18% will be extra)

Note: 1.Supply and Application Charges of additional material required for filling the Potholes, Cracks, Floor Joints
& Delaminated portion in the existing concrete flooring to bring it to common/general floor level/profile prior to
installation of new self leveling epoxy flooring etc. are not considered in this rate quotation. (If required as per site
condition will be charged extra as per actual.)
2. Expansion joint filling is not included in the above pricing. To fill the expansion joint special Polysulphide sealant
material to used for filling and which will be charged extra.
3. Electricity should be provided by the client for free of cost at work location.

Standard Requirements for Floors:

1. Floor should be minimum 28 days old with moisture content less than 4%.

2. The floor shall be designed as per the static loads (UDL or PL) or movements on floor.

3. Provision of control joints to accommodate movements of concrete and avoid irregular surface cracks.

4. When installed, Epoxy/PU Resins follow the existing floor gradient. So, the substrate must be
relatively even textured else any major surface discrepancies may affect aesthetic.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Client is advised to keep a Supervisor at site to check the Quality in Levels & Finish. In case of any
discrepancy, the same should be raised immediately through email and further work should be stopped.
Deduction in payment shall not be entertained after completion of work.

S.No Terms & Conditions

Payment terms: The following payment terms will be applicable for

1 the said project
20% advance along with order.
50% of proportionate value after dumping the material
Balance on RA bill basis on every month

Measurement: Measurement will be based on the actual area

2 treated.

3 Your Scope of Work:

Any other civil work (material & labor).

System Completion Time: Mutual discussion on receipt of Advance

Payment; we will be submitted the detailed schedule of work
4 considering the site availability and site Approval etc…

Validity of this Offer: The offer price is valid for 30days from the
5 date of this offer.

Mobilization: We shall require 2-weeks time from the date of receipt

of confirmed order and advance for mobilizing the material and work
6 force.
