C. Lesson Proper
ACTIVITY
The teacher will be dividing the class into 4 groups. The teacher will give each group an
envelope. Each group shall be given an activity to complete within 15 minutes.
1. Factors of different kinds of inquiry – This group shall make a concept map which
shows the factors to be considered for the different kinds of inquiry.
2. Experience and Knowledge – This group shall be doing a modelling method. 1 student
shall act like a teacher, 1 as philosopher and 1 as an authority. They will have to explain
how they can be a source of knowledge.
3. Contribution of Research – This group shall be photos and phrases. They need to match
the photos with the phrase that best describe the photo and explain it briefly.
4. Benefits of Research – This group shall determine the benefit of research writing in the
past, present and future. They have to show it through a short role play.
ANALYSIS
After 15 minutes, the students shall be called to present their task in front of the class.
ABSTRACTION
At this point, the teacher shall post again the motive questions given during the beginning of the
class. The students shall be called to answer the questions posted by the teacher through oral
recitation.
APPLICATION
The students will be asked to write a short reflection about their research knowledge and
experience in a one fourth sheet of paper.
IV. Evaluation
The teacher shall give the evaluation at the end of the chapter. Evaluation shall be in a form of a
chapter examination.
V. Assignment
The students shall be asked to bring art materials for the next meeting.
