A Detailed Lesson Plan in Mother Tongue

Grade-One
Explicit Teaching
I. Objective
At the end of the lesson, the Grade 1 pupils are expected to identify antonyms of the simple de
scribing words with at least 75% proficiency level.

party.

Under the Christmas tree are gifts with different colors.
In getting the gift you want, you have to find your group
number through the party popper. As I popped the party
popper there will be three numbers to come out it. Only
group readers are able to find the numbers. Whatever
number you've found, it has a corresponding gift under the
Christmas tree. Each gift must be open to get the task
inside. Each group must do the task within 5 minutes. After
the allotted time, each group must choose a reporter to
discuss your output. We will give the ratings in each group
based on the criteria I had presented. The group who
received the highest point will be the winner.
