DELIVERY OF REBAR ESPECIALLY 12MM AND 16MM AFFECTING
SCHEDULE OF CONCRETE CASTING SCHEDULE

 Based on the actual progress in item 1.5 above of the above-mentioned affected
areas per EEI, the alleged unavailability of 12mm and 16mm does not merely
affect its respective schedule since there was a slippage in its precedent
activities. Further, should the Rebars were completely delivered on 25 June 2019,
EEI could still not proceed with the installation of such on the said areas even

 with consideration to 2-3 days fabrication period (as informed by EEI in item 1.3
above).

 In line with the reconciliation between SPC and EEI on 28 June 2019 as conveyed in
item 1.1 above, we wish to correct EEI’s report which overly emphasized to 12mm,
16mm and Total Balance for Delivery as of 24 June 2019:
a. 12mm and 16mm

 UPDATE AS OF 28 JUNE 2019:
A. Capitol Steel was able to deliver 43.7 tons of 12mm and 56.44 tons of 16mm from
26 – 28 June 2019. See Annex B – Capitol Delivery Monitoring
B. Steel Asia was able to complete its delivery of 12mm on 24 June 2019 and was able
to deliver 49.47 tons of 16mm on 26 June 2019 that made it complete its delivery.
Note that this P.O under sub-structure was used to aid the undelivered 12mm and
16mm for Capitol and PAGASA. See Annex C – Steel Asia Delivery Monitoring

C. PAGASA completed its delivery of 12mm on 03 June 2019 and was able to deliver
141.3 tons of 16mm from 25 – 28 June 2019 that made it complete its delivery for
Batch 1 Rebar Order List. See Annex D – PAGASA Delivery Monitoring

 To summarize, below is the inventory of 12mm and 16mm rebar delivered from 25 – 28
June 2019 and total remaining balance for delivery:

3. In lieu of items deliberated in 2.1 and 2.3 above, the balance for delivery ( in which the
impact to the Project Schedule is to be continuously assessed by EEI) has been
addressed and we find that the alleged affected schedule as mentioned above are not
attributable to the unavailability of 12mm and 16mm rebars.

3.1 As re-confirmed by EEI in item 1.3 above, the Rebar Order Lists that were requested is
allocated up to 6th Floor Level only. Thus, we wish to remind EEI on the summary of Status
of Concreting Works as of 25 June 2019. See Annex - D

3.2 With the foregoing status above, please be informed that the said balance for delivery is the
deficit from the requested Rebar Order List as a whole yet it does not mean that this
quantity should have been installed by EEI already.

4. In this regard, we wish to remind EEI on its immediate submission of Rebar Order List for 7 th
Floor and also expedite its submission of Cutting List for Amenity Level so as to avoid effect on
the schedule of delivery due to late submission of Rebar Request.
