Affidavit of Civil Status

We, the compulsory heirs of Domingo Diamzon Danila, our father, who died intestate in Pohnpei
State on March 14. 2014 and Dolores Aguila Danila our mother, who also died intestate in Sariaya,
Quezon on February 24, 2001 having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby declare our civil
status:
1. Maria Teresa Aguila Danila widow of Roberto O. de Torres
2. Maria Victoria Danila Albano married to Tranquilino Magpantay Albano
3. Florian Aguila Danila married to Marites Obcemia Danila
4. Dominador Aguila Danila married to Maribeth Gonzales Danila

That we are executing this affidavit to establish our civil status as a requirement for the
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, wherein this affidavit is attached as Annex A.
