“Parcel of land Lot 1275-B, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-49811, being a portion of Lot 1275 of the
Cadastral survey of Dagupan, LRC (GLRO) Cad. Record No. 920), situated in the District of Tebeng, City of
Dagupan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., points 4 to 1by Lot 1275-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW.,
NW., and NE., points 1 to 4by the Barrio Roads. x x x containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX (586)
SQUARE METERS, more or less”.
Of which above-described parcel of land, I am the exclusive and absolute owner and that I have the
perfect right to dispose the same and that I will defend the right of the Vendee, her heirs and assigns against all
law lawful claims of any person, and the same is free from all liens and encumbrances of whatsoever kind.
That the provision of Act 1623 of the New Civil Code and that of Land Reform Code of the Philippines
had been duly accomplished with accordingly.
