This document is used to help schools plan out and think through rewards and celebrations for all stakeholders during the first 90 days of school 
to ensure you are showing appreciation to all types of people and it is a mix of surprise and planned events. There is no need to reward all 
stakeholders during all the weeks, there is just a need for balance within a 30 day period of time.

The Administrative team engaged in a protocol in 

which all celebration methods were reviewed. The 
team then determined which Languages of 
Appreciation in the Workplace each method 
expressed. The purpose of the protocol was to ensure 
equity when celebrating the staff. The team realized 
Words of Affirmation was used the most and Acts of 
Service was used least in celebrations. The team was 
challenged to incorporate more Acts of Service to 
celebrate the staff of Enloe Magnet High School.
