● Focus this week: standards, what do we 
have left to teach this year? 
● Meet with 2nd and 3rd grade, read 
county guidelines for remote learning 
(at least 90 minutes) 
● “Direct Learning Contact”: kids need to 
see your face, Can be pre-recorded, 
small group, large group. Need to be 
able to know who is participating and 
who is not; and what are they 
completing 
● Approved virtual meeting: Google 
Meets, Seesaw, Flip Grid. Checking on 
Marco Polo,  
● Starting April 20th: can use HMH and 
Investigations. Will be distributing 
workbooks soon.

● Jessica shared Ed Puzzle and Loom as a tool for instructing

students are at home

Admin Updates Rhyne ● Google Meet is the platform to be used with students
● Question was raised by team as how to end a meeting
● KIm Ellis has created a webinar on how to use Google Meet
● Suggested a “closing circle” for students to leave the meet
● After Spring Break on 4/20, we will begin new instruction
● Use same format for plans that we had for first 10 days
● Dr. Williams wants us to communicate with kids each week.
Keep a log of those students that we meet with each week.
