Today’s Schedule | Student Agenda | April 13th, 2020 | Remote Learning (Day #1):
Note: Provided times are suggested. While students are encouraged to engage in activities for the suggested duration period (e.g. 30 minutes/day of
Independent Reading), provided times are simply suggested to allow students the routine/structure of a “full day” of Remote Learning!
Students will complete and submit a daily journal entry on Google Classroom or by
email (from Parent/Guardian email account). If submitting a journal entry via email,
please send to: vmeredith1@cps.edu.

Remote Learning: Class Blasts! (Week of: Apr. 13 - Apr. 17)

(1) Students will log onto ReadTheory (www.readtheory.org) and read 1 passage and
complete 1 quiz.
11:10AM-11:40AM Independent Reading (2) Students will independently read a story of their choice!
(30 minutes) ✩ Free Online Digital Library available on Epic! (www.getepic.com)
✩ Students may join for free using classroom code: hkr3838.
11:40AM-12:40PM
Time for Lunch! Students should take a break (60 minutes) for lunch or to engage in
