2. Scope of Services
Production of 4 copies of Signed and Sealed Blueprints of Electrical Drawings with Revised
Drawings and Computations

3. Proposed Cost of Services

The price for rendering the services is a lump sum of Php 5,000.00 inclusive of the drafting fees, 4
copies of signed and sealed blueprints (20”x30”) reflecting the requested changes and revised
computations and the consultant’s fee for the Professional Electrical Engineer.

The compensation as stated in this proposal does not include tax or other applicable duties as may
be required by the law.

4. Terms of Payment
50% deposit upon confirmation
50% upon submission of all the drawings
