    To Whom It May Concern:

    This is to certify that __________________, (age), (address), who is working in

    the construction of my house, at Sta. Barbara Heights, Brgy. Inangayan, Sta. Barbara,

    Iloilo.

    The construction is temporarily stopped from March 21, 2020 up to present,

    because of the problem in transportation and lack of building materials due to the

    lockdown.

    This is to further certify that they are all affected by the Enhanced Community

    Quarantine (ECQ) hence they need to avail the Government’s Social Amelioration

    Program (SAP) Cash Assistance.
