Terms and Conditions:

• Management Fee : Included in the costing.

• Over Time Fee : Will be claimed Extra.

Customer Scope:

1. Accommodation will be provided by Sherlock's lounge & kitchen at free of cost.

2. Food to be provided by the customer for lunch and dinner at free of cost.

3. Required Housekeeping cleaning equipment’s to be provided by the Customer.

4. Uniform for the deployed staff will be provided by Sherlock’s lounge & kitchen.
5. Order Confirmation: Service level Agreement to be executed before commencement of the project.

6. Mobilization Period: 15 to 30 days from the receipt of service level agreement.

7. Payment: All payments should be deliver only to authorized person of , M/S. COIMBATORE CORPORATE
CARE, within 07 Days on receipt of our bills.

8. The Billing cycle will be 26th to 26th of every month.
