In the video, the teacher explains how she organizes the class. The teacher took care of the smallest
details, such as welcoming, by putting decorations on the door with the phrase hello, and there are cards
that contain the names of students, and they must wear them so that the teacher can know them
especially in the early days because they are new students. The teacher put a file to put a list of
children's names in it to make it easier for her to take attendance and absence. I noticed a recycling tray
for students to put in any old thing they don't want to use for recycling. There are places designated for
pens, files and other tools that the teacher needs. The teacher was interested in putting a lot of
educational cards and posters on the wall and the blackboard, such as cards with the names of the days
on the board. I think this is very useful to get students ’attention and use it while teaching.

The teacher arranged the class surprisingly, which makes it safe for students, for example hanging cards
with the names of students to wear is considered safe so that the student does not get lost throughout
the school. Also classroom hygiene and distribute the things used for activities and the explanation is not
Within reach of children such as pens, shears, and others. The goal of having a clean and tidy class in all
its parts is to make students happy and move with ease without fear and anxiety over them, and to make
sure they are not harmed.

Overall aim and context of the lesson (What did students need to know before implementing this
strategy or lesson? What topic comes you expect to come next and how did today’s lesson prepare
students for that? Or/ How do you expect students to perform after this (area of focus)
implementation?)

The teacher should introduce students to the whole class as taking them on a detailed tour of the
contents of the class because he has made a great effort to use the space. The teacher must familiarize
students with the laws of the class in order to be aware of this and facilitate it when mentioning the laws
during teaching. It is very important to familiarize students with the use of some programs to motivate
them, such as Class Dojo to make them have an idea about it and I’m sure they well love it for having a
points and share it with their family.

What experiences did she provide to the students to help them to achieve the aims for them?

The video was a teacher detailing the classroom, there were no students and I was the
benefactor of watching that. The teacher focused on a lot of things and details. I think she has a
large and very special classroom that includes everything the teacher and student need in the
most complete way to get a complete and successful lesson and achieve the goals. I got a lot of
information that could help me in teaching in the future, such as how to save students ’work in a
separate files and the thing that I liked the most is choosing a theme for the whole class, and it is
the rainbow. I think it is a more than wonderful and distinctive idea.

I can say that I was very amazed and enjoyed watching this video first because the teacher has a good
style of talking and explaining and also because the class contains many useful ideas that make them
learn in an active and safe environment.

example offering rewards to motivate the student to learn or choosing a specific area for punishment in
order to obtain a positive result and more interaction.

How did the teacher implement the (your area of focus)?
What was the goal of implementing this strategy (your area of focus)?

In this video, the teacher talks about positive student reinforcement strategies, and he mentioned 10 of
them. Students always need positive reinforcement on the good deeds and actions they do and this
encourages them to continue to behave well. The goal of this strategy is for the teacher to try to keep
the student always well-mannered.

Through my observation of the teacher, he talked about the strategies he uses to achieve this, such as
using Class Dojo and Kaleb Chart to give students points for any good behavior they have done, which
makes them excited and happy to continue with that.
Overall aim and context of the lesson (What did students need to know before implementing this
strategy or lesson? What topic comes you expect to come next and how did today’s lesson prepare
students for that? Or/ How do you expect students to perform after this (area of focus)

In this point the students before they start the year, the teacher need to let the students know every
desalts about the positive strategies she used in the classroom because if they know and have idea they
will worked in good and without any bad behavior. As she said that hack of camera in the room, this is a
good way to tell the students in the beginning that the camera is in the class and whenever you do
anything the camera will recording you.

I think the teacher needs to keep all rules and strategies in the first time that the teacher will meet the
students. She needs to walk with the students and show them every details in the classroom, for
example where is the place for the camera, and where is the smelly spots and all hacks she used in the
classroom. Teacher Michelle has used various student management strategies to understand child
behavior, simulation, and provide questions. He mentioned it as plans that I followed, and that there are
mysterious students doing what she wants and secondly, using a camera in the class to monitor the
students ’behavior during the lesson or during the teacher’s busyness. This teacher helps a lot.
Sometimes he omits to do what one of them and after reviewing the video he can find out what
happened. Third, spots with a bad smell, if the child does not do the work or finish his work, the teacher
puts these points on his hand until he finishes the work. Fourth, withdrawing the ear or moving the
eyebrows, which is hidden from the rest of the students. Fifthly, ask me a question. This strategy helps in
knowing if the student needs more help or clarification. Sixth, a hand gesture from the student, for
example, if he wants to go to drink water, the teacher will allow him to do so. Seventh, if the student
requests to leave the class to escape from the study, for example, to claim illness to go to the doctor, the
teacher first gives a wet towel, and if the student continues to desire to go, the teacher sends a message
to the doctor and if he makes sure that the student really needs to go, he sends it directly. I think the
teacher used many strategies, but it was possible to add some strategies that have more impact on the
student and focus on motivation more than punishment because in my view positive motivation is better
than negative, it makes the student feel proud and provide all that is better

Describe

I was the one who observed this lesson, I monitored the teacher and focused on positive classroom
management strategies. I liked what the teacher is doing, but I think it needs to develop more, such as
the participation of parents, good behavior for their children, which makes them feel happy and continue
to provide all that is good.

ways to promote positive behavior as well as use various methods to get positive students.

I think I can enhance the behavior of students in the future by using some strategies that I think are very
successful from the teacher, for example, using the camera to photograph today's events. This helps me
learn the truth, to act with students, with strategies that help them improve or reinforce their behavior. I
also think that the teacher can change some of the strategies better, such as the strategy to go to the
doctor, he can put the tools of the doctor in the classroom such as a thermometer or hear the heart rate.

How did you cater for learners with special needs, and for differentiation? (if applicable)
How did the teacher implement the (your area of focus)?

Regarding MOE standards, the overall presentation of the video was quite good. The lesson teachers
have started giving students an idea and have enough time to understand this. Teacher Lindsey, in
turn, made an inquiry to confirm their understanding of the curriculum. And the teacher without
mentioning that they want to start establishing kindergarten students. What I noticed is that teachers
give students an opportunity to present their opinions and beliefs in experiences.

From watching the video, the topic is how teachers use learning based on class. Initially, the teacher
uses the inquiry form in science, how much I saw the enthusiasm of students to answer questions. I
think it is very useful for students when the teacher asks questions, because this helps revitalize their
memory and imagination to give an answer.

The teacher uses the inquiry form in science and students were excited about that. The teachers
focused on how to give the child more time to think, answer and ask questions. That is why students
are always looking for a solution to the problem in science studies and work in groups to achieve a
good result.

Analyze

From watching the video, I noticed students' interest in the class through teamwork. They were also
focused with the teacher and helped each other. Many questions were also asked to know about
solving the problem. I think the reason for students' enthusiasm and effectiveness is because of the
teacher’s method with them, which attracted their attention. It was clear that the students
’understanding was related to prior learning because I noticed that everyone understood what they
should do.

The students were working in groups and excited about that, as I noticed that the students were
asking themselves questions to find a solution. Also, the students were not shy about asking the
teacher, which is why I think he achieved the goal.

The teacher teaches the students by giving them an idea. For example, the lesson starts with an idea
of where they want to finish and this is for students to be able to know this point. I think it is very
successful for the teacher to use the inquiry to enhance student learning in this way. Students benefit
from asking questions and are eager to ask questions themselves.

that the goal of the formative assessments of the student is to know the work that the
student has accomplished and which he did not accomplish, as Mrs. Kathleen, Mrs. Natalie's

The importance of the discussion focused on obtaining different methods of formative

assessments that teachers Kathleen and Natalie work in the classroom. They emphasized that
student’s benefit from these formative assessments during their practice. They mentioned
many different methods that everyone uses in teaching such as using the learning intention
wall or the green-amber-red collared stickers to assess the students' confidence in learning.
As Natalie mentioned, she used the learning tool by calling students randomly to solve on the
blackboard. If the student does not provide any answer, he asks another friend for help.

The video partners explain all the formative assessments that they used for students. The teachers
perform the lessons and the assessment randomly, meaning that there is no specific time for the
teacher to do it. I think this video is very useful for me to benefit from the uses of teachers in the
future and to do it better. I think teacher Natalie and Catherine have made a great effort to provide
successful learning for students and they are also creating more for students. What everyone wants to
accomplish is to introduce all new strategies that benefit student learning.

From the students' perspective, I think what the teachers have done meets their learning
needs and obtain a better level of study. The student must be in constant contact and
integration with the teacher to obtain understanding and success and for this I think that the
teachers meeting to think about developing formative assessments and their results is a very
excellent act.

It is a good idea for the teacher to think about additional formative assessments, for example,
that the student makes more movement in the classroom, not just sitting in one place and
measuring the same thing every time, and for this to be enthusiastic and always active.

MOE stranded that was addressed in the video was using technology in the classroom and the

Using blended learning is like an extension of what they are learning in class with the help of
technology. The students are using technology as a tool for learning. Before implementing
blended learning students must be familiar with the technologies and how to use them
appropriately. I noticed that the teacher applied mixed learning when sending students to
learning centres. For example, in the reading centre, students used the iPad use application by
reading paragraphs and focusing on keywords. The teacher also helped them in reading if they
needed to. The goal was to have independent students who were able to study and be able to
work individually.

What experiences did she provide to the students to help them to achieve the aims for them?

This class was in different learning centres, each with a different activity. For example, some
people used technology devices such as the iPad, while others did not. The teacher has achieved
the goal of this by obtaining a class at different learning centres and using modern technology
such as computers and iPads. The students relied on themselves to carry out the activities
without the teacher’s intervention, but for the students in the group activities he helped them
by asking questions to clarify.

The MOE standards that were addressed in the video are cultural identity, differentiation and
supporting children’s learning. The topic of discussion in the video was how to use
differentiation in the classroom, and an example was mentioned, and that there are different
ways for students when answering questions, then the student can use the method that suits
him. As for the second video, it includes methods that support student learning, for example

The use of differentiation in the classroom is very important because it helps the student to use
several resources to express himself in asking answers and this is a good reinforcement from the
teacher. This makes the student self-confident and comfortable to participate.
