RATIONALE (includes legal Personal Financial Management (PFM) is a mandate of the

and non-teaching personnel manage their financial
resources. Through the Republic Act 10922 or the
Economic and Financial Literacy Act, the economic and
rational way of doing it as well as the cultural side of it shall
be discussed in the trainings and workshops to be given to
teachers and non teaching personnel.
With the influx of new breed of public school teachers, the
understanding of their financial priorities and calculating
financial risks becomes a necessity. With the end objective
of this training workshop, they will be able to be responsible
in spending their money and live within their means.
OBJECTIVES: The training – workshop aims to:
