I. Program Title:

2022 CNHS ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PLAN

PRESENATATION OF GRADE 12 ABM STUDENTS: WORK IMMERSION
ACTIVITY FOR BUSINESS ENTERPRISE AND SIMULATION
(FINAL ORAL DEFENSE)
BY GRADE 12- ABM CLASS
S.Y. 2021-2022

II. Background and Rationale:

A Business plan proposal is a multifaceted assignment that serves as an academic and

intellectual experience for the ABM students during their final year in the senior high school.
While similar in some ways to a business universities and colleges feasibility study, business plan
may take a wide variety of forms, but most are long-term investigative plans that may create a
successful business.
Business plan are generally designed to encourage students to create a business that they
can earn money and also to increase the general welfare of society, by doing this they can also
develop their critical thinking, solve challenging problems, and develop skills such as oral
communication, public speaking, research skills, media literacy, teamwork, planning, self-
sufficiency, or goal setting—i.e., skills that will help prepare them for college, modern careers,
and adult life. In most cases, the business plan is also interdisciplinary, in the sense that they
require students to apply skills or investigate issues across many different subject areas or
domains of knowledge. The business plan also tends to encourage students to connect their
business to community issues or problems, and to integrate outside-of-school learning
experiences, including activities such as interviews to the consumer and also to the business
owners, marketing and operating observations, or internships.

While business plan can take a wide variety of forms from school to school, a few examples will
help to illustrate both the concept and the general educational intentions:
 Writing, directing, and filming a marketing advertisement that will be posted to social
media.

 Designing and creating a product or services, to address a specific need of a community,

such as livelihood program that tends to increase the general welfare of society.

 Interning at a business establishment or a legislator’s office to learn more about strategies

and policies intended to address social problems.

 Conducting a market study over several months or a year to determine the market variation,
changes and preferences of consumers.

 Researching an industry or market, and creating a viable business plan for a proposed
company that is then “pitched” to a panel of local business leaders

LETTER OF PERMISSION
October 19, 2021

HON. JOEL LEGASPI

Brgy. Chairman
Sitio Gutusan, Brgy. Conception, Cataingan

Sir;

Improper waste disposal along the coastline of Sitio Gutusan, Brgy. Conception, Cataingan is
observed as the number of beachgoer increases. Difficulties in controlling its residents on proper
disposal of their garbage has been a problem to its environment.

In connection with this, Cataingan National High School-Senior High School Department Grade
12 teachers will conduct a one (1) day coastal clean-up drive as part of our community service
and environmental campaign for the school year 2021-2022.

I would then like to humbly ask from your office to allow us to conduct the said activity and be
able to perform and fulfill the following objectives:
1. To promote environmental awareness by reducing the waste products found on the
coastline;
2. To inform the residents to know the importance of cleaning the environment;
3. To encourage the people about the proper disposal of garbage; and
4. To influence and inspire young people to indulge in a fun and helpful activity like this.

I am looking forward to your positive response on this matter.
