Junior Year Academic Reflection
Spring

You are now about fourteen months away from high school graduation. You’ve had another
semester of school to grow in many ways, including academically. Take a moment to reflect on
your progress.

What academic goals did you set for yourself last fall?
Some academic goals that I set for myself last fall were to be more focused on my work
and learn how to communicate better with others.

How successful were you in accomplishing your goals? Explain.

I was a little successful in focusing on my work because I wouldn’t focus as much as I
would want to but I would still manage to get my work done by the end of the day. On the other
hand, I was very successful in communicating with others because I did that more and got out of
my comfort zone and put myself out there by meeting new people or even just talking to people
that I’ve never talked to before.

Has your post-high-school vision changed? Explain.

My post-high school vision has changed because coming into high school I thought that it
would be hard there would be a lot of work to do but now I can finally see that high school is fun
there’s not as much work as I thought there would be and it’s not that hard.

Looking forward to your senior year, what will you have to do to keep yourself on track to
achieve your future vision?
Something that I would have to do is stay focused and not procrastinate. I need to finish
all my work on time and always study try my best and try not to stress out to much.
