NARRATIVE REPORT

1st Day
In my first day of our work immersion I woke up in the morning. I'm
preparing myself so that I can be ready to go in the hospital. In the first day
working at the Razo Medical Hospital I discover a lot of things were what
the roles of other nurses are. In that morning I am assigned as a Nurses
Ward with my friends were we are gonna monitor the patient and taking
care of it. That time when I and my friends are about to done discovering
we are just begin to daze because there are no works to go. Then when we
are about to getting bored we are starting to talk some funny things on how
are we gonna help the nurses in their work.

In that morning we are just sitting and talking some non sense things
and also their love life. When the nurse called us to learn what kind of
things they used we are so happy because we can work or learned new
something. The nurse discussed us about any types of Dextrose and what
is the purpose of it. There are a lot of colors of dextrose and then we know
about their names and how to use it properly. Also the nurses discussed us
about their sheets were they are gonna write the patient illness and the
time that they are taking their medicine. The nurse giving us a short quiz
but we will take it in the afternoon.

In the noon we are taking a break for our lunch, and then we eat
outside in just the Razo’s Corner. While eating we are talking about our
works or output that we have. After eating our lunch we go to Razo Medical
Hospital in exactly 1:00 pm. Then in that time we are doing our thing again
just to sit and talk non sense. But the nurse started our short quiz, we are
so nervous because we think that the quiz is difficult. After that quiz I’ve got
a perfect score then I am so proud of myself. We go to the Laboratory were
the MedTech Department are starting to inject their self and getting their
blood. We are so scared because when we see their faces I think its hurt.
Then its already time to go out because our duty time is only 8:00 am to
5:00 pm. When we go outside we thank the nurses of Razo of discussing
all about the things that will be used. Then I go home with no problems and
learned about how nurse’s will do to their patient.
