Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, this is to inform you that your offered rate @ 0.08 % ( Zero Point Zero Eight
Per Cent ) less than the estimated amount put to tender with the tendered amount being Rs. 11,67,240.46
( Rupees Eleven Lakh Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty & Paisa Forty-Six ) only has been found lowest and
accepted.

You are, therefore, requested to execute formal agreement in duplicate with the undersigned in W.B. Form No.
2911 ( ii ) which will be available from the office of the undersigned during office hours on cash payment of Rs. 1,005.00
( Rupees One Thousand and Five ) only ( Non – Refundable ) per set within 7 ( Seven ) days from the date of issuance
of this work order, failing which the said tender may get cancelled without any further correspondences from this end.
You are requested to start the work in consultation with the Assistant Engineer ( A – I ), Raiganj ( A – I ) Sub –
Division immediately with an intimation to this office. This is to be noted that the time for completion of the work is 60
( Sixty ) days from the date of issuance of this order.
This should be treated as written work order for commencement of work.
