Being a teacher and athletic director in a private school, I

know that the expectations are very high, and both the
school, church, parents, and school board expect that we
give extra time outside of the school day to our students.
That includes upholding high standards while at school, as
well as activities in the church, and extra curricular
activities on the weekends (school trips, tournaments, field
trips, students conferences, etc.). I am involved in the
leadership development of students as well, and contribute
to fostering the development of students not only
academically, but socially and spiritually as well. 9/23/18

I continue to uphold the motto of “Know Him, Love

Him, Share Him” in all that I do for the school. I

In addition to everything else, I am now more able to

go around to our constituent churches and spend
more time with the members there. This further
demonstrates my professional responsibility not only
to the school, but all of our other stakeholders as well.
