Sound Information:
Hotel room so there will be noise from
other residents staying, but it
shouldn’t be a problem in the day
time when most people will be out.

if there is waves there wouldn’t be so
loud to effect the audio

Shoot when sunny, to make location
look more luxurious
Hotel room has a light in it if needed,
but I would only use that as a last
resort.
Solutions: Use mics that reduce
background noise just in case, Stick to
production schedule and film in the
day so that there will be less noise as
there will be less people in the hotel

Clearances and Confirmations
You need confirmation emails from everyone that is featuring
in your music video. Please screenshot these emails including the dates
and times they are agreeing to paste them below.
Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back
up actors, locations and equipment do you have?
If anything goes wrong when filming in my house, the scenes including the
bedroom and the other scenes and my house scenes, I could easily to this
at my cousins house, opposite me if needed.
If anything goes wrong when filming the football scenes in the park, I
could easily travel another park within a 5 minute walking distance and
recreate a scene that is very similar. This Is where the parks are in
comparison, both around a 3 minute walk from my house.

Number 1 is my main filming location, mercian way park as it is slightly

bigger and I feel it would look like a more realistic setting for a football
training, but just in case the location becomes unavailable I will go to the
smaller park at 2, called cippemnham green which would also be good
enough, but I feel to engage the audience and make the production more
realistic it is best to go with 1.
If the beach and hotel I have researched become unavailable, there is a
beach hotel nearby called the urban beach boutique hotel, that is more
expensive but just as nice as it is on the beach, so all my shots would look
similar, especially on the beach,
