Cippenham Community Centre Available after school hours, But as I’m filming

Permissions
As my mum worked there, I was able to ask her when the rooms I need for filming are
available. She had told me that the main 2 halls are undergoing construction so I will only be
able to use the kitchen, hallway and nursery room if needed.

Lighting Information:
Outdoor location, sunlight will be the main
light source.
Sound Information:
In the community centre there is currently
constant construction work going on, but this is
at the other side of the building, as I am outside
the camera will also pick up the road to the left
of the community centre – which cars/trucks
etc frequently come. There is also a park close
to the location, so there may be kids playing
and being loud.
Power Information
There are no available sockets as it is outdoors.
Hazards
Near a car park so need to be cautious of
moving vehicles.
Solutions:
I will make sure it is bright enough to film and
have to be done by 5:30PM anyway and it is
normally still bright outside at this time. If this
still isn’t enough, I have some external camera
lights in my bag if needed, but I think the
sunlight and fluorescent lighting should be
enough.
Solutions:
Even though I don’t think that the construction
workers will be loud enough to hear from the
kitchen I will still be recording two minutes of
silent ambient audio in the outside because if
anything happens during the production like an
alarm/drill etc. I will be able to easily replace
the background sound. This will work the same
for any cars or children that the camera picks
up.
Solutions: I don’t currently need any power as
all my equipment is running on NPF batteries
and AA batteries or other rechargeable
batteries that I will have already charged ahead
of the shoot, I will bring all necessary chargers
however just in case they either run out of
battery or I forget to charge something.
Solutions:
Warn all crew to be wary of cars.
