    This will take the place of attendance, recitations and quizzes. Grade will fall under class standing.

    1. Case digest

    Equal distribution. No case to be repeated. If one case carries several issues on agency,
    partnership or trust, include all issues and corresponding ruling. Max 2 pages per case
