Potpisom ove pristupnice korisnik jamči istinitost svih navedenih podataka, ovlašćuje HAC na provjeru istih uvidom u važeći osobni dokument te se obvezuje obavijestiti HAC o
svakoj promjeni podataka, poštom ili e-mailom na adresu: info-naplata@hac.hr. Osobni podatci korisnika navedeni u Pristupnici prikupljaju se i koriste u svrhu vođenja
pretplatnih računa korisnika, odnosno evidencije uplaćenih i potrošenih iznosa, nadoplata, odobravanja dodatnih popusta, evidencije korištenja HAC ENC uređaja za plaćanje
cestarine uključujući i naplatna mjesta drugih pravnih osoba u interoperabilnom sustavu plaćanja cestarine, naplate potraživanja HAC-a prema korisniku te obrade reklamacija i
pritužbi korisnika. Također, potpisom Pristupnice korisnik potvrđuje da je suglasan s Općim uvjetima korištenja autoceste i naplate cestarine koji čine sastavni dio ugovora o
korištenju usluge elektroničke naplate cestarine a dostupni su na prodajnim mjestima HAC-a te www.hac.hr. Sukladno odredbama točke 7. Općih uvjeta, HAC je ovlašten odbiti
ovu Pristupnicu.

By signing this application form the Client guarantees that the stated data are true and thereby authorises HAC to check them out by inspecting the relevant personal document
and undertakes to inform HAC about any change in the data either by post or e-mail to info-naplata@hac.hr. The personal data of the client are stated in the Application Form
and are used with the purpose of managing the clients' prepayment accounts i.e. the records on paid and spent amounts, account replenishment, approved discounts, records on
the use of the HAC ENC device including points of sale of other legal persons in interoperable toll system, collection of receivables by HAC and processing clients' complaints.
Equally, by signing the Application Form the Client confirms that he agrees with the General Conditions for the Use of Motorways that are part of the Agreement on the
electronic toll collection and is available at the HAC sales points and www.hac.hr. In line with the provisions of Clause 7 of General Conditions, HAC is authorised to reject this
Application Form.
