a. What is Benchmarking?
It's not about copying what your competition is doing, but about
learning what the leaders are doing to implement it in your company
by adding improvements. If we take as a reference to those who
excel in the area that we want to improve and study their strategies,
methods and techniques to later improve and adapt them to our
company, we will achieve a high level of competitiveness.

b. What is the process of Benchmarking?

Benchmarking is a continuous process by which the products,


services or working processes of the leading companies are taken as
reference, to be compared with those of your own company and then
make improvements and implement them.

c. Number the aspects to be taken into account in Benchmarking:


To design and correctly make a benchmarking process in your company, I
recommend to follow the following steps:
