Lifting & Positioning of Palette Jacks will always be employed to unload palettes from the Heavy Furniture delivery lorries at the unloading bay of the sites and padded trolleys with soft castors will be typically used to transport all goods delivered to site. In the event of manual lifting required, the lifters shall only handle the furniture wearing adequate gripping gloves, employ safe lifting techniques to prevent bodily injuries and all lifts shall compulsorily avoid tilting or slanting the objects in any manner which might cause risk of harm to themselves or other personnel working at site. Site Cleanliness Regular checks will be carried out by the Site Coordinator and QC Team Leader to ensure that the delivery and installation area shall be kept clean at all times Loose rubbish All pieces of furniture are to be packed and stored in shrink wrapping with corner protectors and/or sealed carton boxes until such time as the furniture are positioned and unwrapped in the allocated rooms, when the wrapping shall be removed Removal of Packing At the time of clearance of personnel from each completed room, Materials all packing material (shrink wrap, carton boxes, and corner protectors) will be cleared from the rooms entirely. 9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE: : METHOD OF CONTROL

Pre-Handover of Site The Projects Management and Coordination team will be present at and coordinate the pre-handover walk through of completed site with the Main Contractor and Owner. All standards with regards to cleanliness and proper order of the site will be fully complied with. Adjustment and Re-positioning The Projects Management and Coordination team shall ensure that any adjustment and re-positioning of furniture prior to the final handover of site will be attended to, at the request of and as instructed by the Main Contractor and Owner Documents at Handover of The Projects Management and Coordination team will be Site responsible for fulfilling all document submissions required before handover of the site. Defects Handling Technigroup’s policy is to carry out immediate 1-for-1 exchange with items reported defective on site. The repair work on faulty items will be done on a later date in Technigroup’s factory.
