4.1 Lesson Learn

During FPT there a lot of thing. A student learns as student and the organization but

there some of the important as follows.

A student learn different technique on how to motivate society in order to bring

development by establish different project like water project in the street this project

society participate like a leader this motivate in development through society also

participate.

Also student learnt good cooperation through MEO and WEO participate with the

people in activities of society. Another lesson learnt responsibility of work organization.

Also I have learnt theory and practical of many employee theory is good and attract

than practical due to poor condition of Local government .Another student added new

knowledge on how good procedure by Mtaa executive officers to give the demand notes

who refused to pay tax on time that make the society to pay on time.

4.2 Observation

When the student at the field station observers fail and success of the work organization

as follows

stand in Mtaa some of them un educated so that it difficult to solve other problem of the

society.

They still now keep the document office in the books which is old methods according to

the science and technology of that time a part from that it consume time when want to

find document.

CHAPTER FIVE
5.0 Conclusion and Recommendation

5.1 Conclusion

Field practical training was highly successful because I had full support from the ward

staffs who guided me all the time I was with them, they really gives a lot of information

required during the field period.

It was also established that government policies are implemented for the people in town

in term of the development while people from grass root level there is no development.

So this local body should be looked for seen according to opportunities obstacles to

develop available to such local level. Also it was learnt that for public leaders to be well

conversant with the public community needs it is vital for them to have extensive

training before they continue with their responsibilities.

5.2 Recommendations

According to finding field GVT should be given education and training employee about

to doing work and to be familiarization with the community as their expert of GVT also

educate on which conducted activities in order to ensure all society there are good social

service.

Gaps in Field Need Special Attentions

Education, Mbezi Makabe which are many people live there but there but there are no

secondary school of ward which help people to simply fund used in transportation so

that need attention due that there are some parents who didn’t enough money to fulfill

their needs.

Arrangement of document, another gap in field practical Weo and other leader prepare

proper arrangement for document in order to simplify work and manage their time.

Health, Also there are high population but there dispensary who help to people get first

Aid or service in orderto be good health so that Weo and other leader using other way to

get money in the society in order to building dispensary also write a letter in GVT to get

money.

Infrastructure,Mbezi macabre there are bad leads so that should be improve in order to

being good lead to simplify process of move from place to another.

Training and Development, Another special attention should be give Training

employee and development and skills in order to be improve and use science and

technology.

Possible solution to short falls, to improve work officer in order to protect with

diseases through build toilet and complete office in order Weo and Meo and other to

work comfortable of the Gvt.
