verticals. He is a full time onsite resource, will be available at the customer
site for implementation.

Technical Consultant
Technical Consultant with an end to end implementation experience of min
5 projects spanning over a period of 3 years & has worked in Trading,
Distribution, Process , Manufacturing industry verticals. He is a off shore
shared resource will be available only on remote, he will be responsible for
non customer facing technical activities.

Support Consultant
Support Consultant with an end to end implementation experience of min
2 to 3 projects spanning over a period of 2 years, who has worked in
Trading , Distribution, Project , Process , Manufacturing Based industry
verticals. He is a off shore shared resource will be available only on
remote, he will be responsible for non customer facing support activities.
Project Manager
Project Manager with an end to end implementation experience with more
than 10+ projects spanning over a period of 5 years, who has worked in
Trading, Distribution, Process, Manufacturing, Projects, Academic,
Chemical industries…. He is a shared resource will be available on periodic
basis, he will be responsible for Project management, Phase review &
Phase signoff meetings.

Governance Manager
Project Governance Manager is an industrial expertise and having core
experience over 10+ years in various sectors such as Trading, Distribution,
Process, Manufacturing, Projects, Academic, Chemical industries…. He is a
off shore shared resource will be available only on remote, he will be
responsible for Project timeline management, escalation review & delay
reporting.

It is the process of building your ERP (SAP) system then operate or assist to operate for an
agreed period of time and finally transfer it seamlessly to the customer, Timeline for BOT will
differ from case to case based on customer requisition or agreement and during this period of
time, Our consultant will support either by remote or at the customer’s places based on the
