03 Pump operation • Excess Noise generation • Job specific PPE’s will be used( Ear muff/ear plug,

04 Vehicle movement • Break failure • Inspect the vehicle before entering into the site and
every day before start the work.
• Provide wheel stopper to prevent certain movement
of vehicle during loading or unloading.
• Ensure leveled or compacted access for vehicle.

• Improper competency • Training given to all drivers or operators about safe


operation of vehicle & speed limit of vehicle inside
the plant premises.

• Ensure all drivers have valid driving licence.


• Person hit by vehicle
• Trained & experience supervisor to be monitoring the
activity.

• Appoint a flagman for safe operation of vehicle.

• Do not allow person near to the vehicle.

05 Concrete Pouring • Flying slurry particle • Job specific PPE’s shall be used.(Safety goggle, Nose
mask, hand gloves, Gumboots ).
• Maintain certain distance while pouring in progress.
• Slip & Trip
• Good housekeeping should be maintained on working
area.
• Unwanted tools/materials removed from the work
location or access area immediately.
• Do not allow throw any material.
• Electrical shock
• Electrical connection will given by Authorized
Electrician.
• Power tool should be inspected by the PMC safety
person and the power tools have validated inspection
tags.
• Always use insulated electrical equipment.
• Electrical cables should be completely insulated and
free from joints.
• Skin injury
• Avoid cement or cement slurry direct contact of
persons skin by using full sleeve clothing.
