PLANT UTILITY & SAFETY – MINI PROJECT

(Total marks = 15%)

CPD 20002 JANUARY 2020

Instruction

 Choose ONE plant in ANY INDUSTRIES and make a video report with
following criteria:

1. Introduction of the plant visited with selected 3 equipment utility and basic
principle operation (~5min)
2. Maintenance activities of the plant on 3 selected equipment (~5min)
3. Shutdown procedures of the plant (include activity involved) (~5min)
4. Discuss maintenance activities that involved during the shutdown activity in that
plant (2 activities with explanation) (~5min)
5. At least 5 safety aspects that you need to consider during the shutdown process
and short conclusion (~5min)

 Make one A3 poster report to summaries your finding.

Name a title of your project.

Mini Project must be grouping, consist of 2 – 3 people in group.
Please compress the video softcopy in a good quality to be fitted in a CD storage.
A3 poster size must be handed in with the video softcopy.
The video could be in a forum or interview person-person format.
The video and poster report will be assessed in terms using rubric assessment provided.
