4. Procedures
4.1 Introductory Activity Boardwork Activity- The students will answer the activity posted on the board. Two representatives will write
their answers on the board. (INSTRUCTION: In each figure, congruent parts are marked. Give additional
congruent parts to prove that the right triangles are congruent. Then, state the congruence theorem that
5 minutes justifies your answer.) Checking of answers will follow. See attachment.
4.2 Activity 10 minutes The students will be grouped into 10. Each group will be given a worksheet containing the problem to be
solved. They will study the figures of congruent right triangles in LL and LA congruence theorem and answer
10 minutes the guide questions. See attachement.
4.3 Analysis
The teacher will call a representative from each group to share their answers to the class.

4.4 Abstraction The teacher will now emphasize how to solve corresponding parts of congruent right triangles in LL and LA
congruence theorem. Explain to them the correct answer of the activity if the group failed to give the correct
answer or explaination to the class. More examples will be given if it is necessary.

4.5 Application Look for some geometric figures, most specifically congruent right triangles in LL and LA congruence
theorem that are found in your sorroundings. Then give the corresponding measures of the corresponding
sides and angles. Take a picture on these figures and show or present it to the class.
