1.12 Supplements to the manual

If you receive any supplements to the manual from MPS, these must be inserted into the manual
immediately.
1.13 Storing the manual
MPS expects a copy of this manual to be available to the user(s), operators and maintenance
engineers of the stackable anchor winch and a copy should always be available when operating or
maintaining the winch.
1.14 Related documents
This manual is part of the documentation set for stackable anchor winch. This set consists of the
following documents:
Parts Manual
2 This manual contains all the relevant system engineering drawings as well as the OEM/third
party Documents.
3 The anchor winch contains many items of equipment that have not been manufactured by
Modular Pontoon Systems BV but that form a part of the machine. The documentation of these
equipment is part of the delivered anchor winch documentation.
1.15 Recommisioning
In the event of a recommissioning (e.g. relocation of the Stackable Anchor Winch or a transfer of
ownership), you MUST contact MPS and subcontractor to discuss the procedures, terms and
conditions, service contract, etc., so that the proper functioning and safety of the Stackable Anchor
Winch after recommissioning can be guaranteed.
If MPS is not involved in a recommissioning, then MPS is not liable for any claims of third parties
arising from that recommissioning.
