OBTL Plan (Flexible Learning Mode)

Flexible Learning should complement outcomes-based education approach which allows flexibility for the HEIs to employ various means of
delivery and assessment as long as they can show the achievement of the set learning outcomes for each course/subject for the program (CHED
Draft CMO on Flexible Learning, 2020).

REQUIREMENTS 1. Weekly task assessments (formative or summative)
2. Ethically and scientifically sound research protocol
ESSENTIAL OUTCOME 1. It is very helpful to specify the coverage of each of the essential outcomes in order to show constructive alignment; whether the module,
TLAs&TAs were able to measure the achievement of the essential outcome.
