1 Check the Lighting Fixtures and switches as per area classification and IP rating.

2 Check the type/size of Conduits as per approved drawings.

3 Check the routes of Lighting/ Receptacle as per approved drawings.

4 Check the identification of light fittings and switches as per drawings.

5 Check the emergency Lighting/Receptacle are functionally working as per drawings.

Check the conductor sizes in feeders and branch circuits as per drawing (minimum

conductor size shall be 2.5 mm2).
Check the mounting height of local switches and receptacles to finished floor/platform

as per approved drawing.

8 Check the correct number of lighting points installed .

9 Check Photo Electrical Cell are functionally working (If Applicable)

10 Check all switching devices are functionally working

11 Check the polarity of power outlets/ light circuits are correct.

12 Check all cable glands are properly installed and tightened.

cables/wires to luminaries are properly installed and terminated at both ends as per

documentation

14 Check all unused entries are suitably plugged.

15 Check all junction boxes are properly installed and all covers are closed tight.

16 Check earthing connection as per drawing as applicable.

17 test the lux with lux meter
