SETTING up the Google Classroom for ONLINE Summer Classes

Request (to EDP) the Official Class List
of Subjects Offered by the
1 college/department
Send Official Class List of Subjects *Official Class List should contain the Email
2 Offered per Department/College Addresses/Contact details of the Students
*Teachers Load Report(TLR) will be sent to faculty
3 Assign/send Teaching Loads to Faculty along with the Official Class List
*Teacher creates Google Classroom Class for each
subject assigned.
**Add People (Dean as Co-Teacher and Students) to
each class. [Refer to the official classlist for the
students to be added].
