 PROPOSAL ON ORIENTATION PROGRAM 2019

Rational (overview)
The orientation will give information for the incoming Grade 11 students about their
sections,schedules, and rules and regulations of the school. Supreme Student
Government (SSG) officers will be also introduce to the students. There will be a
photo booth for the incoming grade 11 to welcome them and to be as
documentation also. The SSG officers together with the SSG advisers will search for
the potentials students as they communicate and participate to the event. 5 males
and 5 females will be nominated, and they are going to answer some questions. The
winner will be awarded as the Mr. and Ms. CVCITC Freshman 2019. The winners will
be given simple tokens such as papers and ballpen.

Objectives
-To give information to the Grade 11 students regarding to the rules and regulations
of the school.
-To introduce to the Grade 11 students the Supreme Student Government (SSG)
Officers Sy. 2019-2020
-To organize the students by their section and strand.
-To inform the incoming Grade 11 students about their schedules.
