This Deed of Absolute Sale entered into this 14 th day of August 2019, by and
between:
WITNESSETH: that
A. WHEREAS the VENDOR/S are the true and absolute owners of parcel of land situated
at Purok 2, Barangay Espinosa, City of Masbate consisting of 121 sq.m, more
particularly described below:
B. WHEREAS, the VENDOR/S offered to sell the entire portion of the above described
Property to herein VENDEE at a price certain and agreed upon under the conditions
set forth herein.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the stipulations
herein set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

2.3 He has no knowledge of any past or any pending or threatened
claims, actions, suits, litigation or governmental proceeding affecting the
Property or would have a material adverse impact on the VENDEE’S
ability to use and /or take full possession of the Property ;

All known to me and to me known to be the same person/s who executed the foregoing
instrument denominated as a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE consisting of three (3) pages,
including the page on which this acknowledgment is written and has been duly signed by the
parties together with their witnesses thereto on page 2-3 and on the left-hand margin of the

other pages and who thereafter acknowledged before me that he/she/they understand/s the
contents and significance thereof, and that the same is his /her/their voluntary act and deed .
