Materials: Visuals, Laptop, Speaker, Projector

“SELF-CONCEPT INVENTORY”
 Analysis
Look at the results of your self-concept inventory and answer the
following questions:
a. In what areas do you consider yourself strong?
b. Are these qualities you consider as your strengths?
 Abstraction
Unlocking Difficulties:
o Ideal Self
o Actual Self
o Self-concept
o Self-knowledge
o Self-image
 Application
On a sheet of paper draw a symbol or symbol of what
represents your “self”. (Share and discuss it with your seatmate or
with the class)
IV. Assessment
(Answer the question on a ½ sheet of paper)
 How does knowing oneself better make a person accept his/her
strengths and limitations and improve the way you deal with
others?
V. Assignment
 Write on your journal your thoughts and feelings about what you
have discovered and understood about your “self”, your personality
and personality traits.
 Make a reflection of the video “Who Am I?”
