“SELF-CONCEPT INVENTORY”
Analysis
Look at the results of your self-concept inventory and answer the
following questions:
a. In what areas do you consider yourself strong?
b. Are these qualities you consider as your strengths?
Abstraction
Unlocking Difficulties:
o Ideal Self
o Actual Self
o Self-concept
o Self-knowledge
o Self-image
Application
On a sheet of paper draw a symbol or symbol of what
represents your “self”. (Share and discuss it with your seatmate or
with the class)
IV. Assessment
(Answer the question on a ½ sheet of paper)
How does knowing oneself better make a person accept his/her
strengths and limitations and improve the way you deal with
others?
V. Assignment
Write on your journal your thoughts and feelings about what you
have discovered and understood about your “self”, your personality
and personality traits.
Make a reflection of the video “Who Am I?”
