Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Please be informed of the following concerns:

1. For Quezon Participants:
✔ Starting October 24, the Center for 18 Units Professional Education Participants and Review
Center will transfer to a bigger and well ventilated hall (approximately 300 square meters)
located at 2nd Floor, JCSY Building, Sitio Dalungyan/Comia, Barangay Isabang, Lucena City.
The former place will be used as the office of Philippine Society of Young Entrepreneurs and
Traders, Inc. – Regional Branch
✔ Last day of Classes with Jhimson Cabral will be on October 12 at Tayabas Center. Your
attendance is a must.
✔ No classes on October 19, 2019 to give way for the preparation of Teaching Demonstration on
October 26. Submit your lesson plan for demonstration on or before Oct. 22, 2018 at
haggai.cpd@gmail.com.
✔ Intense Review and Classes for Educational Technology will be on November 3, 2019 – Sunday.
2. The venue of the seminar on October 25, 2019: 2 nd Floor, JCSY Building, Sitio Dalungyan/Comia,
Barangay Isabang, Lucena City. Participants are expected to wear their Corporate Attire. Be there before
8am.
3. Teaching Demonstration: Please pay the amount of P370.00 for the token & transportation allowance of
15 Senior High School Students (to act as Demo Learners), allowance for 2 panelists and for your lunch.
Please pay ASAP.
4. For Pasay Participants, we will provide a safe place for your overnight stay on October 25, you can
share P150 for your dinner and breakfast. Classes on October 26 will be up to 7pm and no Classes on 27
October. Classes will resume on November 3.
5. October Monthly Dues will be on October 26, 2019. Please pay your fees on time for us to use in the
improvement of our services/operation.
6. Also, submit you Transcript of Records with S.O. and Board of Regents Resolution on or before
November 10. Will not release your TOR for this program if you fail to comply.
7. Your Program PVC ID will release on October 25 during the seminar. Kindly submit your ID pictures
on or before 13 October.
